ATA TIGERS

The ATA Tiger program is a fun and engaging martial arts program designed specifically for children ages 3–6. Created to meet the developmental needs of preschool-aged students, it focuses on building essential character skills like courtesy, respect, and discipline while improving motor skills, focus, and the ability to follow directions. With exciting, age-appropriate training methods, ATA Tigers provides a positive and supportive introduction to martial arts for children of all abilities.

Ages 3-6

MARTIAL ARTS KIDS

ATA Martial Arts Kids is a fun, age-specific program for children ages 7–12 that teaches the fundamentals of Taekwondo while building essential life skills like discipline, respect, confidence, and goal-setting. Because martial arts is an individual activity, every child is an active participant who progresses at their own pace alongside peers their age. Designed specifically for how children learn and stay motivated, this program offers great exercise while helping students develop a positive attitude and skills they can use for life.

Ages 7-12

TEEN AND ADULTS

The ATA Adult Martial Arts program is designed for men and women of all experience levels who want an effective, engaging way to stay fit while learning practical self-defense. These high-energy classes combine full-body fitness, flexibility, and real-world self-protection skills in a constantly challenging curriculum that never becomes routine. More than just a workout, adult martial arts training builds confidence, mental strength, and the ability to take care of yourself and those you care about in everyday situations—helping you reach your fitness and personal goals both physically and mentally.
